Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it, kindly contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91-7200507337. Our team is available daily from 06:00 IST to 21:00 IST.

If your message is received outside business hours, your order may proceed to shipping before we can process the cancellation. In such cases, cancellation will not be possible, even if your message was sent promptly.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend reviewing your cart carefully before clicking ‘Place Order’.

Please note:

Food items are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene regulations.
If your order arrives damaged or unfit for consumption, please send us clear photos of the product on the same day of delivery.
Our team will assess the issue and contact you via phone or email to resolve it.

If your return request is approved:

Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check.
If the product passes inspection, we will issue a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
